Shipping methods, forms of transport.

The shipping rules for the ordered goods:

Orders are processed from the moment the payment is registered in accordance with the time specified at the bottom of the page of each “Accessibility” product. The goods are shipped in Poland by Polish Post or by courier GLS or DPD in a bubble envelope or in a box depending on the size of the shipment.

Jewelry is packed in decorative pouches: the perfect solution for a tasteful gift or in boxes when the price of the order exceeds 100PLN. For orders below PLN 100, we also pack jewelery in gift boxes at the customer’s request.

The parcel is payable once, regardless of the size of the order. Approximate shipping time: by courier 1-2 days, by mail from 1-4 days. During delivery, check the parcel if it has been damaged during transport. If the parcel has actually been damaged, an appropriate report must be recorded in the presence of the courier.

Delivery and delivery status:

You can check the status of the order: If you created an account during the order, its status can be checked after logging in. If you have not created an account, you can check the status of the order without logging in, providing the order number and your e-mail address.
